This wasn't't an easy task especially as myself and my business owner are very exact with our vision. Marcin delivered more than we could have hoped for. A very professional yet personable and friendly service, Marcin is always on another end of the phone happy to listen and assists in any IT queries and problems. He resolves glitches and malfunctions promptly and effectively. After almost 14 years and 3 websites later Marcin is still offering a quality and personal service. I'm delighted with my new website. Marcin is a great designer because he takes the time to listen to your vision and works with you to help put the idea into something you can realistically use. He also stays on top of what is current with Google searches so even an inexpensive website like mine yogahubliverpool.co.uk has never dropped to the 2nd page of google in the past 4 years. He keeps an eye on google analytics and calls me with suggestions as to what is working and what we can change to keep me in the top 3 of page 1. Marcin even brought his family up to my yoga studio and did a class just to get a better understanding of my business. He really cares even after the job was done we are still in contact. And what a disappointment it was just a joke absolute rubbish!🤦‍♀️ I was so embarrassed about this website I needed help to put it right, quickly anyway I found Martin he redesigned the whole website for me at a very competitive price! Marcin is a real life superhero. I was struggling for days on end to set up my DNS records properly to get both my email and websites working, but could only get one or the other functional. Error this, error, that. I tried everything and kept running around in circles. I get in contact with Marcin, he asks me for some specific details on what's going on, and we scheduled a time a few hours later to fix it together. Before we even meet, he's fixed EVERYTHING. The emails work, the sites work... he even showed me how to add new DNS records correctly in the future. Don't know where I'd be without this man. Probably have a fist-sized hole in my laptop. We've had a massive issue with a google business profile which has been suspended since 3.5 months. Google ignored all our messages, we filled few statements requested by them but nothing helped. We approached Marcin, he did few changes and the profile was restored the next day! Excellent! Thank you Marcin!!
